Crain's Chicago Business video interview - Viewpoints - thriving in a down economy by staying lean and mean

Back in November I sat down with Brandon Copple the Managing Editor of Crain's Chicago Business (www.chicagobusiness.com) to talk about the lessons learned from the 2001 "bursting of the bubble".  Click here to take a look at the five minute video.  They titled the video "Dot-Calm" which I thought was pretty funny.  I will say that is certainly helps to have been through at least one recession as a CEO.  This time around at Viewpoints we have taken a different approach and thus far, with excellent results.  Even in this economy we are profitable and growing.  Only this time we are buying our furniture at Ikea....
